To this end, we envision using CM800 instead of spandex core-spun yarn interwoven with wool, woven fabric. Raw materials, the combination of wool and elastic yarn is usually achieved by weaving the yarn organization, so the raw material is divided into veil and ground yarn. Veil 32S / 2 pure wool yarn, ground yarn 150D / 64f PTT / PET bicomponent filaments and 40D / 70D nylon bag spandex elastic yarn. The CM800 maintains the characteristics of lightness and softness after finishing, has novel drapeability, and is suitable for the development of knitting Sweater products. In addition, we conducted performance tests on several fabrics, including moisture permeability, thermal retention, pilling resistance, drape, and wrinkle resistance. Test results show that: CM800 fabric moisture permeability is poor, because of its poor hygroscopic yarn, and spandex nylon nylon outsourcing has greatly enhanced its hygroscopicity. CM800 fabric thermal insulation relative to the lower spandex, but still has a high thermal insulation. CM800 fabric drape is significantly better than spandex, while its anti-pilling pilling performance has been significantly improved, wrinkle resistance is also better. By comparing the performance of CM800 and nylon bag spandex yarn and fabric, CM800 fabric was found to have obvious advantages in some aspects. Although spandex is highly elastic, it is harder to control when weaving. At the same time, its production process is complicated and pollutes the environment, which does not meet the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction. As a result, PTT possesses the ability to replace nylon spandex yarns in some non-elastomeric applications. In addition, the price of spandex tens of thousands of yuan per ton, in addition to the need for a package of yarn processing, and PTT filament only a few million, lower cost, cost-effective obvious advantages, used in knitted sweaters, manufacturers can Through the lower cost of raw materials and high value-added products, with strong market competitiveness.
