(CFMOTO) and BASF have jointly launched a high-end concept motorcycle, which uses BASF in nine different applications and components. Material solutions. For example, BASF's material solutions create a light, translucent effect on the outer ring of the lampshade and the switch housing assembly, enhancing the sophisticated design and visibility of the exterior. Elastoskin® Polyurethane (PU) sprayed skin technology provides a wide range of color and texture options for motorcycle saddles, increasing design flexibility and ensuring seat comfort and durability.
BASF partnered with San Gun Group and Shen Enyi to launch lingerie with Elastollan® thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) fibers. This new stretch material solution offers great comfort and greater design freedom for designers and manufacturers. Due to the low temperature setting of Elastollan TPU fiber, the fabric achieves fast drying characteristics while saving energy efficiency in fabric production. At the fashion show, the models dressed in this underwear and other costumes designed by BASF and Shen Enzhen appeared one by one.
BASF's housing and support solutions for the new generation of collaborative robot PlasCobot from Xinsong Robotics Automation Co., Ltd. enhance robot flexibility, energy efficiency, design freedom and operational safety to meet growing flexible manufacturing needs . The new PlasCobot is more compact and modular, and works well in relatively tight spaces. Since plastics can be molded, this helps to optimize material usage and further reduce the size of the robot.
· Shanghai Duchengcheng Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. (DBC) and BASF jointly launched the world's first sports ground with a special specification of foamed thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU) material Infinergy® SP. This material was also used on the surface of the T-stage of the fashion show, making the models more brisk and comfortable, and the pace is more elastic.
