1. The condenser has poor heat dissipation;
The poor heat dissipation effect of the condenser will reduce the cooling capacity of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber compressor, causing the compressor to overload, causing the operating current to increase, causing the overcurrent protection relay to operate and shutting off the power supply, and the compressor stops running. When the protection relay bimetal feels that the temperature drops to the reset temperature, the contacts are reclosed and the compressor starts up again, causing the compressor to start and stop frequently. The main causes of poor heat dissipation of the condenser are: dirt on the surface of the condenser; excessive ambient temperature in the test chamber.
Remedy: Regularly clean the dirt of the condenser; improve the heat dissipation conditions of the constant temperature and humidity chamber.
2. The power supply voltage is too high or too low and unstable;
Remedy: After the power supply voltage returns to normal, turn on the power or install an AC voltage regulator to provide a stable 380V power supply for the constant temperature and humidity test chamber.
3. The door seal of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is not strict and the air leakage is serious;
Remedy: Check and adjust the door seal or replace the door seal.
4. The dish-shaped bimetal of the overcurrent over-temperature protection relay fails;
Remedy: Replace the new overcurrent overtemperature protection relay.
