2012 China Leather Association Working Conference Held in Beijing

From February 22nd to 24th, the 2012 China Leather Association Working Conference was held in Beijing by all the staff of the China Leather Association. This is not only a meeting for summing up achievements and promoting work, but also a meeting for deepening learning and planning for development.

At the meeting, Chairman Chaochao Ying briefed the association on the 2012 key work plan and made a summary of the meeting. Stressed that the basic principles of the association's work in 2012 are: to improve the plan, refine the management, strengthen the service, and steadily improve; at the same time, it put forward the “eight key tasks” and “twelve innovative work” of the association in 2012, and each The main activities or key tasks are decomposed into lead departments, co-organizers, completion time, leaders in charge, and persons in charge. The work is detailed and the responsibilities are up to the people to ensure that the work of the association is carried out smoothly. In summing up the speech, Chairman Su gave a high evaluation of the organization and activities of the work conference, and encouraged everyone to strengthen their learning, constantly “charging” them, improve their own quality and service levels, and better serve the industry. At the meeting, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General Li Yuzhong summed up the results and deficiencies of the work of the association in 2011, focusing on the main tasks of the association since the new council team was appointed in September 2011; at the same time, the association’s functional offices were responsible for People's employment situation. Various functional offices, professional committees, and special projects were separately reviewed and discussed, and more concrete implementation schedules were formulated.

During the conference, Dr. Lantian of the International Education Group of Tianxingjian was also invited to give training on the topic of “Efficient Conference Management and Service”. Focusing on the key links involved in the actual conference work, from the aspects of conference general rules, conference preparation, hosting skills, conflict management, conference ceremonies, participation in conferences, etc., and their interrelationships, a complete and efficient conference management process was displayed and introduced.
