The anti-dumping tax rate of the companies involved in China is 6.26%.
On July 19, 2011, SOONGAN Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. and TK Chemical Fiber Company filed an anti-dumping sunset review application for polyester pre-oriented yarns (POY) originating in China and Taiwan, China; on July 21, 2011, the Korea Trade Commission decided Anti-dumping polyester retro-orientation yarns (POY) originating in China and Taiwan, China were investigated for sunset review; in May 2012, the Korean Trade Commission made a final ruling to require anti-dumping of polyester pre-oriented yarns in China and Taiwan. The tax is extended for another two years and the tax rate is 6.26%.
